ASHARP DEVELOPMENT / IDENTITY SERVER
Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Identity Server, an authentication service operated by ASharp Development. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Identity Server helps you authenticate with applications that use it. It may provide local email-and-password accounts or sign-in through supported third-party identity providers. The application you are signing in to is a separate service, and these Terms do not govern your use of that application.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials and devices secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except to the extent applicable law says otherwise. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been used without authorization. Do not impersonate another person or create an account you are not authorized to use.
Keep your email address current so you can receive verification and account-recovery messages. You may request deletion of your account through the data-deletion page.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, access accounts or systems without authorization, bypass security or rate limits, interfere with the service, distribute malware, send abusive automated traffic, or violate another person’s rights. Do not misuse authentication tokens, attempt to obtain another user’s credentials, or use the service to facilitate fraud.
4. Connected applications and identity providers
When you sign in to a connected application, Identity Server may send that application identity claims and tokens according to its configuration and requested permissions. The connected application is responsible for its own service, privacy practices, and use of the information it receives. Review its terms and privacy policy separately.
If you choose Google, GitHub, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Microsoft sign-in, that provider’s terms and policies also apply to your use of its service. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed in connection with Identity Server. By using the service, you acknowledge that processing as described there.
6. Service changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, including for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every application, or continued availability of any particular feature.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or conditions not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASharp Development will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including any non-waivable consumer rights.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page. Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain consent for material changes. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
